Job Description:

The Regional Manager Operations plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operational management and representing the school in interactions with external regulators, LDA, DHA, Security Agencies, and other relevant entities. This position is responsible for overseeing the security, maintenance, and overall infrastructure of campuses within the Lahore region, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety and functionality. In addition, the position requires identifying and evaluating potential sites for new campus development based on regional demand, accessibility, and growth potential. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring timely and quality service delivery, and collaborating with campus heads to support the planning and execution of school events. The Regional Manager also addresses operational challenges and undertakes additional tasks as needed to maintain and enhance the institution's operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring operational continuity and excellence across all campuses in the region.
