Froebel's International School follows the International Primary Curriculum from Early Years upwards and (IGCSE) O levels and (GCE) A levels through Edexcel International and Cambridge International Examinations. Froebelians learn to challenge their critical thinking abilities from their time spent at school. They continue to do so during their university years, after which they emerge as conscientious professionals who take pride in their local and global citizenship.

Educational theorist Bertrand Russel once said,
“A teacher is someone who imparts to his students everything he feels to be of value.” Though integral to development, this includes more than mere academic learning. Grooming, self-confidence, personality development and an ability to perceive and further enjoy life, are acquired arts that reassimilated through the education process. The Development team here at FIS aims for a multi-faceted approach to growth: among teachers, students, and the school itself. Our School Development Program aspires to ameliorate the performance of existing school structures and introduces contemporary learning and communication techniques to facilitate meaningful connections between faculty and students. Staff Development is a key focus: our highly qualified teachers are trained to present knowledge in its most effective and enjoyable form and receive year-round training via workshops and
various aides.
We believe that the delivery of knowledge and the environment it is dispensed in is as crucial as the content. This is done through an interactive teaching style, which emphasizes a hands-on approach to learning and development through project-based classroom activities and sports as opposed to a traditional theory-heavy curriculum. This institution is about creating an environment that is ideal for learning and that makes education a stimulating experience.
